What Every New Player Needs To Know
The B.U.F.F. season consists of several different game and practice formats:
1. BUFF Saturday - Held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday mornings of each month.
2. Friday Night Lights - Also known as "Exercise Night". Held on various Friday evenings, usually two to three times per month. FNL is a mix of high school players and adults. FNL is intended to be a totally mellow, no aggravation exercise night.
3. The B.U.F.F. Championship Series (BCS)

6. S.C.O.R.E. - Shooting Club of Roundball Enthusiasts, a formal shooting workout for four or less players, designed to improve shooting abilities while also providing a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
7. B.U.F.F. Bootcamp - Inactive - A group workout intended to prepare participants for the upcoming basketball season.
8. Gymshare - Inactive - A low cost way to practice in a gym.
